HTC Desire Eye with 13-MP Rear and Front Camera Announced

HTC announced its latest selfie focused smart­phone HTC Desire Eye with 13-mega­pixel front and rear cam­era announced at HTC Double Exposre event.

The new smart­phone comes with a 5.2‑inch Full-HD with 1920×1080 res­ol­u­tion total­ing 424 ppi pixel desity and the dis­tin­gushed fea­ture of HTC Desire Eye is same 13MP wide-angle cam­era on the front and back of the device. Both lenses also have dual-LED flashes, so no more dark seflies. 

HTC also intro­duced a new fea­ture called the HTC EYE Exper­i­ence. It includes fea­tures like split cap­ture, crop-me-in, and voice selfie among others.

The HTC desire Eye powered by a 2.3GHz Snap­dragon 801 quad-core pro­cessor paired with 2GB RAM. Also included is 16GB intern­al stor­age expand­able upto 128GB using a microSD card.the smart phone has 2400mAh battery. 

On com­mu­nic­a­tions front the smart­phone has LTE sup­port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, and on the soft­ware front, it runs on Android KitKat wrapped under HTC Sense UI. The Desire EYE is waterproof.

The Desire EYE will be launched in the US and Asia later this month.
