Motorola Moto 360 Smartwatch Announced

Motorola Announced Android Wear powered Moto 360 smart­watch today. It is also avail­able later this month in India like Moto X.

Moto 360 sports a 1.56-inch (320×290 pixels) LCD dis­play with Gor­illa Glass 3 pro­tec­tion with pixel desity of 205ppi. The smart­watch is powered by a TI OMAP 3 pro­cessor paired with 512MB RAM, 4GB intern­al stor­age and powered by a 320mAh bat­tery, Motorola claims the bat­tery lasts up to 12 hours on a single charge.

On con­nectiv­ity front the smart­watch has Bluetooth 4.0 and came with sensors like pedo­met­er and heart-rate mon­it­or among others.The Moto 360 runs on Android Wear and is com­pat­ible with Android smart­phone run­ning on 4.3 Jelly Bean and above. The Moto 360 IP67 certified.

The smart­watch avail­able in 2 col­or options Light stain­less steel case + gray Hor­ween leath­er band and Dark stain­less steel case + black Hor­ween leath­er band.

The Moto 360 avail­able in US from today itself at $250, UK in early octo­ber for £199, and Canada in the fall for $279. In Indi­an the smart­watch will be avail­able later this month.
