Motorola Moto 360 Smartwatch Announced

Motoro­la Announced Android Wear pow­ered Moto 360 smart­watch today. It is also avail­able lat­er this month in India like Moto X.

Moto 360 sports a 1.56-inch (320×290 pix­els) LCD dis­play with Goril­la Glass 3 pro­tec­tion with pix­el desi­ty of 205ppi. The smart­watch is pow­ered by a TI OMAP 3 proces­sor paired with 512MB RAM, 4GB inter­nal stor­age and pow­ered by a 320mAh bat­tery, Motoro­la claims the bat­tery lasts up to 12 hours on a sin­gle charge.

On con­nec­tiv­i­ty front the smart­watch has Blue­tooth 4.0 and came with sen­sors like pedome­ter and heart-rate mon­i­tor among others.The Moto 360 runs on Android Wear and is com­pat­i­ble with Android smart­phone run­ning on 4.3 Jel­ly Bean and above. The Moto 360 IP67 cer­ti­fied.

The smart­watch avail­able in 2 col­or options Light stain­less steel case + gray Hor­ween leather band and Dark stain­less steel case + black Hor­ween leather band.

The Moto 360 avail­able in US from today itself at $250, UK in ear­ly octo­ber for £199, and Cana­da in the fall for $279. In Indi­an the smart­watch will be avail­able lat­er this month.
