Qual­Comm outed more details on Snap­dragon S4 pro­cessor. As we know Qual­Comm is work­ing on 2.5GHz Snap­dragon S4 pro­cessor dis­cussed in Qual­Comm Roadmap.

Main fea­tures of Qual­Comm Snap­dragon S4 SoC (Sys­tem-on-Chip)

• 28nm man­u­fac­tur­ing pro­cess prom­ises smal­ler com­pon­ents, lower power con­sump­tion and improved thermal performance
• Krait CPU will intro­duce a new pipeline archi­tec­ture that prom­ises a 60% boost over the cur­rent Scor­pi­on lineup
• Adreno 225 GPU 50% increase in GPU per­form­ance com­pared to Adreno 220 sup­port for Dir­ectX 9.3 for Win­dows 8 in addi­tion to OpenGL ES 1.1 and 2.0
