Sony announced its next flagship phone Xperia Z at CES. It has a 5‑inch display with 1080p resolution (443 ppi) and is powered with Sony’s Mobile Bravia Engine 2. The Xperia Z powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core CPU clocked at 1.5GHz, 2GB of RAM, and a 2330mAh battery that comes with a software based stamina mode for better battery durability.
The Xperia Z has 13 megapixel camera has the ability to record HDR video on the back and 2 megapixel front facing camera for video calling. Sony Xperia Z is a water and dust resistant smartphone with a durable glass display.Sony Xperia Z runs Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean).
It comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack, FM radio with RDS, USB 2.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, 4G LTE Connectivity, 16 GB internal memory, MicroSD card slot expandable upto 32 GB, Google Play Store, GPS with A‑GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, DLNA Certified, HDMI support, Micro USB, NFC (Near Field Communication) and WiFi Hotspot functionality.
